My Grandma’s Chili


It’s that time of the year when there is nothing better than a steaming bowl of hot chili!  This recipe is pretty basic and easy to prep and of course my favorite!!

2lbs lean ground beef

​3 stalks celery

2 medium onions

2 cans diced tomatoes

2 cans dark red kidney beans

2 large cans tomato juice

Garlic powder


Chili Powder

Bay Leaf




Brown meat, celery and onion, drain.  Add all ingredients to large stock pot.  Simmer for 3 hours.
