DEADLINE UPDATE: Submissions open for Annual Congressional Art Contest

Submissions for the Annual Congressional Art Contest are now open for high school students in the 16th District. The winner will have their work displayed in Washington D.C. and will get tickets to travel to the art the show opening there. Submissions can be turned in at Cong. Adam Kinzinger’s Ottawa Office by Friday, May 15. Kinzinger says he’s amazed at the quality of art that people submit for the contest. The deadline has been extended from the original date of April 24, because schools are currently closed.
