Isolation especially tough on those recovering from addiction

Perfectly Flawed Foundation Founder Luke Tomsha says the isolation associated with social distancing can cause a lot of anxiety for anyone – especially those recovering from addiction.

He’s advising people to stay connected via video chat. There are also many other ways to keep occupied.
