95-3 Jack-FM plays very little pop music from the last decade, but one of the artist who cuts through the clutter and gets some spins is Bruno Mars. If you’re not super familiar with him…ONE, you probably have been living under a rock, and TWO, after listening to this episode you’ll be able to understand why we play him. I guess as I type this after we did the show, the best way to sum him up is a throwback artist who can do it all, and still sound fresh and relevant for the times.

One of the best performances in the history of the Grammys was Bruno channeling his inner Prince with the Revolution backing him up when he tore the house down with ‘Let’s Go Crazy.’ The Grammys are notorious for not allowing video from their show on sites like Youtube…but Bruno has shared the rehearsal footage from the day before.
Here’s a 6-year old Bruno as an Elvis impersonator in the film Honeymoon in Vegas.
