A man in his eighties from LaSalle County is the ninth person to die after contracting COVID-19. The LaSalle County Health Department on Thursday had no new cases to report, but seven more people who caught the virus have recovered. So far, there have been 67 recoveries and 130 cases. Illinois has 2,268 new cases and 87 new deaths. The state is up to 102,686 cases and 4,607 deaths.
