Ottawa City Hall is implementing new parking restrictions and street closures to accommodate outdoor dining as Illinois moves into phase three of reopening during the COVID-19 pandemic on Friday. The changes go into effect Thursday.
On Main Street, the north parking and traffic lanes are closing from Court Street to Columbus Street.
Madison Street will be closed from Clinton to LaSalle Street.
Jackson Street will be closed from LaSalle Street east to the Alley.
Walker Street will be closed from the alley north to Madison Street.
The 200 block Jefferson Street alley will be closed to Madison Street. Parking on Jefferson Street along the south side from LaSalle Street West to the alley is closed.
