Another person from LaSalle County has died after contracting the coronavirus. The LaSalle County Health Department says the man was in his seventies. There have been sixteen coronavirus-related deaths from LaSalle County so far.
The health department also announced three new cases on Thursday bringing the county’s total to 159. 85 of those people have recovered. The three new cases are men in their forties.
Illinois added 929 new cases and 116 new deaths on Thursday. The state is up to 124,759 cases and 5,736 deaths.
