LaSalle County added five new coronavirus cases to its tally Monday. The county health department says the total is at 418. Four new recoveries were also announced for a total of 235. Among the cases are four men and one woman ranging from their 30s to their 50s.
Illinois announced 1,231 new cases and 18 additional deaths. The state totals are at 172,655 cases and 7,416 deaths. The test positivity rate is at 3.8 percent.
