County’s coronavirus comeback depends on younger people’s cooperation

Kerestes says people age 29 and under are engaged in the activities that spread the virus most. Kerestes says the county’s case number has more than doubled in the last month when the county went into phase four for reopening. She says contact tracing shows small clusters of cases among families and household contacts.
