Travel advice from a retiring travel agent: be flexible

By WCMY News Aug 1, 2020 | 11:17 AM

One thing you have to expect when you travel is for things not to work out like you thought. Sandy Robinson knows from four decades of experience as a travel agent.

Robinson says it’s more of a hassle now with all the security at airports, but travel is still worth it. She says people tell her when talking about the vacations she books for them.

She and business partner Debbie Marshall have retired and closed S and S Travel. It ended 38 years in business in Ottawa this week. Robinson is going to work part time for All Points Travel.
