Sen. Durbin wants USPS to assure on-time delivery of ballots

A new postmaster for the United States Postal Service has people on edge about mail-in voting for the upcoming election. The concerns tend to be about people’s votes supposedly not being counted if someone chooses to vote by mail. Illinois Senator Dick Durbin says the people who will ask for mail-in ballots have doubts about the process.

Durbin also says the Post Office should assure the on-time delivery of mail in ballots and wants the Senate to appropriate money to the USPS.
