The entire LaSalle County Jail is on lock down because 9 inmates tested positive for COVID 19. he jail staff and medical staff are currently deep cleaning the entire jail to mitigate the spread of the COVID 19 virus.
All staff are required to wear proper personal protective equipment. All inmates are required to wear masks when moving around the jail.
Staff are required to have their temperatures checked and monitored for symptoms. They are in the process of testing all inmates and staff.
