A fundraiser must be held to save the trails at Starved Rock State Park. Kathy Casstevens, Marketing Director at Starved Rock Lodge, is calling this the Path Mender Benefit Event.
The fundraiser will take place Wednesday, October 14th from 5pm to 8pm. Path Mender apparel will also be available.
This fundrasier is a “makegood” for one that should have taken place April 5th but was cancelled due to the pandemic. All proceeds go to For the Love of Starved Rock.
There will be hors d’oeuvres and wine available as well as a special craft brew by Tangled Roots named Path Mender. A portion of all sales of the beer will go to Starved Rock.
Among items available at silent auction is an overnight stay at Starved Rock Lodge.
