Phelps St. from Boyce Memorial Dr. to Elm St, Cactus St, Vine St., and Fern St.
Pilkington North America
Tuesday, November 3
On the east side between the Fox and Illinois rivers
Canal Rd.
Wednesday, November 4
Downtown Columbus and LaSalle streets
Heritage Harbor
Thursday, November 5
Hitt St. south to College Ave. from State St. west to the city limits
Friday, November 6
South of the Illinois River to State St. east to the city limits and south to Watson St.
