Marseille’s city council has approved an ordinance for a new parking schedule.
The restrictions will take effect as soon as the city gets the signs made and installed.
Also residents who live nearby City Hall have been parking right in front of that building during business hours and when others come to do business there they have to park down the street.
Mayor Hollenbeck stressed the unnecessary hardship that is for elderly Marseilles residents.
Therefore a ban will go into effect for those parking spaces in front of City Hall unless you are conducting business there.
