The number of active and probable coronavirus cases is up to 2,472 in LaSalle County as of Friday’s report. That’s up from 2,411 Thursday. The county health department says a man in his 80s died of it and is fatal case number 111.
The health department says LaSalle County remains at orange warning level because of rising coronavirus case numbers. That means people need to be especially carefully about spreading or picking up the virus.
