An Ottawa woman vanished ten months ago, and police want everyone to know they’re still looking for Tina Donovan. The 45-year old woman was last seen on January 13. Police believe Donovan went into the Illinois River near Starved Rock Lock and Dam. But her body has never been found. Her vehicle was found at Starved Rock State Park. Donovan walked with crutches. Anyone who knows something about the case is asked to call police with the info.
