Honors were given at last night’s Peru City Council meeting for someone who hasn’t been on the council for two years. Dave Potthoff’s election loss two years ago ended 28 years as an alderman. He says he always focused on financial stability and economic development.
Also honored, Tony Ferrari is leaving the council after 20 years. He didn’t run for reelection.
