As farmers market and gardening season get underway, the University of Illinois Extension is promoting how to use the produce.
The first installment of the extensions “Eat Fresh Eat Local” webinar will begin on Thursday April 22nd and will highlight community-supported agriculture.
Nutrition and Wellness Educator Caitlin Mellendorf says the first series will focus on Community Supported Agriculture or CSA’s.
Mellendorf says that that CSA’s are great for getting into meals that anyone makes.
The webinar will be on Zoom and will last about 30 minutes.
