Ottawa Elementary District 141 tax levy going up

The Ottawa Elementary School District will be requesting $9,849,626.00 in real estate taxes for the schools next year. The amount is a 3.47 increase from last year and since that is not over 5%, it will not require a truth in taxation hearing.
